On-Site Servicing

We currently provide on-site service to the Gold Coast/Tweed region, and can deliver the following services:

• New System Installation and Tuition
• Repair and Service of Existing Systems
• Troubleshooting and Diagnosis of Hardware/Software Issues
• Configuration of Software and Implementation of Email/Data Services
• Printer Integration and Networking
• Pickup/Dropoff Services for Advanced Workshop Repairs

Our hourly rate is $150/HR for anywhere on the Gold Coast, when travelling to Tweed Heads/Brisbane an additional fee of $95 for Travel Time is added for extended range visits.

A System Pickup/Dropoff service is covered under our System Diagnosis fee of $150, there is no additional charge.
